Professional research inquiry
The professional research inquiry (PRI) unit offers participants attending CEL's leadership development programmes the opportunity to gain credits at masters level by reflecting on their leadership learning.

Who is it for?
The unit is designed for professionals who have recently completed or are currently undertaking a leadership development programme with CEL.
Applicants will normally be expected to have a first degree.
What do I get?
You will:
- be given a unique opportunity to systematically research the impact of your leadership learning
- learn how to analyse information, looking for patterns and themes in order to make sense of change processes
- learn about methodologies that you can employ in your workplace to research the impact of your work as a leader
On successfully completing a professional report or assignment you will gain 30 credits at masters level from The University of Manchester. These could be used towards a University of Manchester masters programme or transferred to an equivalent programme in another university.

This unit costs £384 per participant.
