Advanced coaching skills

Advanced coaching is open to participants who have completed the CEL coaching skills programme and implemented the coaching skills gained through work-based practice. This programme extends and deepens your knowledge and skills as a coach and provides additional tools and techniques to be used within 'The Skilled Helper' framework.

Those interested in academic recognition are eligible to participate in CEL’s professional research inquiry (PRI) unit, which will enable you to gain credits at masters level.

Individual and executive coaching

We offer personalised one-to-one coaching for senior leaders to address the challenges in your role and further develop your leadership. To support the coaching process, we make use of Hay Group's Emotional and Social Competency Inventory to give you a 360° overview of your current performance. Our research demonstrates the value of coaching to individuals and the organisation.
