Leading for Results (LfR)
Leading for Results (LfR) is a six month leadership development programme designed to help middle leaders develop their leadership so that they deliver high quality services.
Who is it for?
Leading for Results is designed for: those with a leadership role at a middle leadership level.
It has been designed to develop the leadership skills and performance of leaders in any organisation or sector.
These could include (among others):
- heads of department
- managers and senior staff
- those with responsibility for an organisation-wide project or area of work
What do I get?
LfR will provide you with:
- an understanding of the research that underpins good leadership and will help you become a better leader as a result
- an opportunity to become more self aware as a leader and more skilled in developing the performance of those you lead
- interaction with leaders from other organisations to exchange best practice and gain insights into the full range of leadership practice
- the skills to sustain your development as a leader beyond the programme
On successfully completing the programme you will receive a certificate from CEL, The University of Manchester - one of the top ten European universities.
Dates and costs
The cost of LfR is £750 per participant inclusive of VAT.
