Reviews

"I took part in an introductory consultancy module tailored for a group of headteachers. It provided me with one of those rare ‘lights on’ moments. It drew together aspects of relationship management and facilitation that only a few experienced headteachers seemed to employ. If I’d experienced this course earlier in my headship, I am convinced I would have had the skills to avoid some of the unsuccessful attempts at people-centred leadership that I became embroiled in."
