This is a one day workshop designed to explore new approaches to performance management and capability at both an individual and organisational level.

Who is it for?

The workshop, which is both designed and delivered by CEL, brings together headteachers from across the North of England.
What do I get?
Over the course of the workshop, you will:
- consider what the new model policies for teacher appraisal and capability mean for you and your school
- explore the issue of teacher performance at both an individual and organisational level
- work with a framework for managing a performance conversation in your setting
- hear from a guest speaker as they share their personal experiences of dealing with issues of teacher performance
Dates and costs
The current application round for Tackling Underperformance is about to close as most of the workshops are fully booked. If you are interested in Tackling Underperformance, we will be compiling a waiting list and if there is the demand we will run more workshops. Please contact Mel Lewis if you wish to be added to the waiting list.
There are still a limited number of places available on the following dates:

The one day workshops run from 9.30am to 4pm.
Each workshop costs £195 per participant (including buffet lunch and tea/coffee)
